Working Together

Working with a therapist you feel comfortable and at ease with is essential. I offer a free 40 minute introductory meeting where we can explore what brings you to therapy and what it feels like to work together. After our first meeting I recommend that we work together for at least six weeks and then review how you are finding the sessions.

I work from my office in a peaceful, secluded location on the edge of Constantine, near Falmouth. I offer both face to face and online sessions via Zoom. Sessions are weekly and last 60 minutes.

​As a UKCP trainee I offer clients a reduced rate of £45 per hour. I have a limited number of concessionary places for those on low incomes, students or those who are experiencing financial difficulties and would not otherwise be able to access therapy - please contact me for details.​
